Siobhan Pope (BA - Communication) directs our public policy and strategic communications stream. Siobhan has wide experience in management and advisory roles for government agencies in public policy and strategy. Siobhan worked as a manager and consultant to the Sydney Olympics and Salt Lake City Olympics in security training and planning and human resource management. She has extensive policy experience within the health and human services and criminal justice sectors, and experience consulting to central agencies.

Scott Pope (BCom MCom CPA) directs our business planning, analysis and modelling stream. Scott has wide experience as a commercial and marketing manager, consultant and analyst for energy utilities, insurance and automotive services, telecommunications and office technology, and wholesale and distribution companies. Scott has worked as a commercial consultant and project manager on several World Bank, Asian Development Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction & Development projects in China, India and former Soviet republics.
